- 225 g potato (s), floury, peeled, boiled and mashed

- 350 ml milk or buttermilk
- 200 g flour
- 1 medium egg (s), very fresh and room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- some black pepper, ground
- a bit salt
- some butter for frying
