  • 2 small sausages, pork sausages, Irish
  • 1 slice (s) black pudding, Irish
  • 1 slice (s) sausage, veal sausage, Irish
  • 400 g beans, baked in tomato sauce
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 2 slices toast

Instructions

  1. The Irish pork sausages, the black pudding and the white sausage can of course be exchanged for German products, but are not exactly the same. Otherwise there is an Irish pub in almost every place these days. Just ask, the host will certainly get you the ingredients, or probably even have them in stock.
  2. If possible, grill the bacon so that the fat drips off. Otherwise, cook well with the sausages, the slice of white sausage and black pudding. Make the fried egg with the remaining heat. Heat the beans and get the toast ready.
  3. The Irish don`t eat this every day, of course, but it`s delicious.
