Ingredients
- 2 leeks, cut into rings
- 750 g potato (s), diced
- 3 onion (s), finely diced
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 500 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
- some chives for sprinkling
- nutmeg

- Fry the onion pieces and leek rings. Add the potato cubes and fry them until they are golden brown. Stir in oat flakes and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the garlic. Stir in the stock and milk and cook for about 30 minutes. Season and you`re done!
