- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cardamom powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g suar, brown
- 150 g honey
- 200 ml milk
- Fat for the shape

- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Grease a baking pan (20 - 28 cm) with butter and dust it with flour.
