Instructions

  1. Let the nettles simmer in the milk for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water, peel and mash them. Stir the cooked nettle-milk mixture into the potato mixture, season with salt and pepper and garnish with flakes of butter and serve hot.
