Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter and butter with salt, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Then stir in the egg and vanilla flavor. Mix the flour and baking powder, stir in as well and add a few more chopped peanuts, salted or unsalted, if you like.
  2. Then leave to cool for about 1 hour, then shape balls out of the dough, place on baking sheets lined with baking paper and flatten the balls either by hand or with forks.
