Wash the vegetables well. If the cucumber is not completely fresh, peel it and cut off both bitter ends. Remove the stalk from the tomatoes. Peel the onion.
Cut the vegetables into very small cubes and place in a bowl. Cut the onion into even smaller cubes and add. Chop the herbs very finely and add. Season to taste with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
Serve with a tahini or omelette or steak or just eat it as a meal.
