Instructions
Carefully wash, clean and roughly chop the flowers. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Mix both with eggs and parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the egg mixture on both sides over low heat and serve hot.
I serve with tomato salad and ciabatta.
