Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple and kiwi into not too large cubes. Put in a tall saucepan and stir in the sugar. If possible, let the juice steep for 2-3 hours.
  2. If you want to have your jam in pieces, bring it to the boil as it is and let it cook for about 4 minutes.
  3. Otherwise chop the fruit briefly with the hand blender and then let it cook for approx. 4 minutes.
  4. I still do a gelling test before I pour it into hot jars and close them.
