Instructions

  1. Mix the plums with the preserving sugar and let stand for a while so that they become juice. Then puree.
  2. Peel the bananas and roughly mash them with a fork, add to the plums with the citric acid. Boil for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet, fill into jars while hot and close.
