Dice the onions and garlic, fry the onions in olive oil until they are light brown, then add the garlic. Fry a little, then deglaze with a little water. Add the tomatoes and season with: lemon, sugar, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper - simmer.
Mix the sour cream with the yoghurt, season with a little pepper and stir well.
Serving: Put the zucchini on a plate, lightly salt. Pour the tomato topping over them. Put a few dabs of the sour cream and yogurt sauce on the tomatoes.
