Braise the soup greens and garlic in a little heated oil. Deglaze with the red wine. Add the tomatoes and beef. Add the spices and cook for about 2.5 hours - if necessary, add a little water if it gets too thick and starts to stick.
Remove the beef after 2.5 hours, pick it apart with 2 forks and add it back in.
Noodles that are cooked to the bite taste best with this.
