Ingredients

  • 1 bunch soup greens, diced small
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bottle red wine, drier
  • 2 large cans tomato (s), chop up a little
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), dried, crushed
  • oregano
  • 500 g beef
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Braise the soup greens and garlic in a little heated oil. Deglaze with the red wine. Add the tomatoes and beef. Add the spices and cook for about 2.5 hours - if necessary, add a little water if it gets too thick and starts to stick.
  2. Remove the beef after 2.5 hours, pick it apart with 2 forks and add it back in.
  3. Noodles that are cooked to the bite taste best with this.
