Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, wheat flour type 1050 or 405
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 5 tomato (s), dried in oil, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoon pizza seasoning

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients into a yeast dough with the kneading dough and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. Then shape into a bread, cut into it and let rise for another 15 minutes.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
