- Mix cottage cheese, egg and flour until smooth (I have coconut). I did it with a breast blender.
- I added salt and Provencal herbs to the curd mixture, mixed well and poured the whole mass onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Put tomatoes, grated cheese on top and you can also sprinkle with salt and Provencal herbs.
- We put to bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
