Instructions

  1. Quickly knead a smooth dough from the butter, sugar, lemon zest and flour. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. With the help of a teaspoon and with sufficient space between them, place small portions of dough on the baking sheet. Dip your thumb in flour and make a well in each cookie. Fill in a little jam each time. Bake the cookies on the middle rack in the oven for about 15 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet.
