Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in water, squeeze them out. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them a little.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden on both sides.
  3. Serve with salad and fried potatoes. Also ideal for parties.
