Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast with the salt and sugar in the lukewarm water and the olive oil. Then add the flour and knead a smooth dough. Let rise for half an hour in a warm place, knead together and cover in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  2. Now you can make a wonderfully fresh pizza from the dough. You can top it up as you like, of course the tomato sauce and cheese shouldn`t be missing.
  3. I have already baked them on a tray and on various round pizza dishes. It is always super great and tastes original like from my favorite Italian.
  4. If you want to reduce the amount accordingly, that`s no problem either. However, I always left the amount of yeast at 40 g.
  5. The best way to make a pizza is to preheat the oven very well to the highest possible temperature!
  6. The batter is enough for 6 round pizzas.
