Mix the minced meat with the egg and breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Add tomato paste or ajvar and mix together to form a mixture.
Then place the mince on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it like a pizza dough. Place 6 - 8 pre-cooked lasagne sheets on this mass.
Sauté 1 can of diced tomatoes with pepper, salt, herbs and garlic in the pan and then place on the lasagne sheets. Using the baking paper, roll up the mixture into a roulade and place it closed in the preheated oven. Bake on the middle rack at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then cut open the paper, put approx. 100 g of grated cheese on the roll and bake for another 10 minutes.
I serve pasta, gnocchi or salad with it.
For more sauce, I take a can of tomatoes and make a sauce with tomato paste, a little garlic and herbs.
