Instructions

  1. Peel off the onion and the clove of garlic. Finely dice the onion and press the garlic clove through the press.
  2. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with a little sea salt, a few turns of colored pepper from the mill, pressed garlic, mustard and honey. Then fold in the olive oil and stir in the onion cubes and the chopped basil.
