Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, mix the quark with the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the cress from the bed. Fold half of it under the curd.
  3. Arrange the quark on two plates. The cress next to it. Peel and dice the onion and cucumber, add in small heaps.
  4. Peel the potatoes and place them next to the quark.
  5. Dip a piece of potato into the quark, pile onion or cucumber cubes and cress on top, and then you eat.
