Instructions
Heat the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan while stirring until all the sugar crystals have dissolved. Do not let cook! Pour the hot milk mixture into glasses, add the espresso and rum. Dust the coffee with cocoa powder as desired.
