Instructions
Peel and mash the freshly cooked potatoes. Add the chopped onion, the mixed vegetables (Mexico), the peas and carrots and the mayonnaise to the mashed potatoes. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add. Season to taste with the vinegar, fondor and pepper.
