- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 1 can vegetables, mixed (Mexico-Mix)
- 1 small Can (s) peas, drained
- 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Fondor
- 1 small Can (s) carrot (s), drained

- Peel and mash the freshly cooked potatoes. Add the chopped onion, the mixed vegetables (Mexico), the peas and carrots and the mayonnaise to the mashed potatoes. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add. Season to taste with the vinegar, fondor and pepper.
