Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), freshly cooked
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 can vegetables, mixed (Mexico-Mix)
  • 1 small Can (s) peas, drained
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Fondor
  • 1 small Can (s) carrot (s), drained
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the freshly cooked potatoes. Add the chopped onion, the mixed vegetables (Mexico), the peas and carrots and the mayonnaise to the mashed potatoes. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add. Season to taste with the vinegar, fondor and pepper.
