Instructions

  1. The dough is enough for approx. 30 double hearts, i.e. 60 unfilled cookies
  2. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, egg yolk, sugar, lemon zest and butter. Wrap in foil and put in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough 4-5 mm thick, cut out hearts and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C (preheated) for about 7 minutes. Take out and let cool.
  4. Heat the jam in a saucepan and stir until smooth. Brush every other heart with it and put another heart on it. Dust the double hearts with powdered sugar.
