Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Freeze in the ice cream maker. (Takes approx. 30-40 min.)
  3. But be careful with the green tea - it tastes * very * intense!
  4. (It is best to measure the 17 g with the letter scales )
  5. The ice will probably not freeze completely in the ice machine (since there are no eggs). So just put it in the freezer for 30-60 minutes afterwards, then it has a nice consistency and is ready to eat.
