Pour hot water on the seaweed and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce:
Mix all of the above ingredients (except for the seaweed and sesame seeds) in a small bowl until smooth. Season to taste with the chilli powder, depending on the degree of spiciness.
Drain the seaweed and wring it out a little. Now simply fold the drained seaweed into the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds as you like. Let it steep for about 1 hour, preferably in the refrigerator.
The wakame salad is also easy to freeze in portions.
We always eat it with sushi (or now just because we`re addicted to it).
