Cook the pasta in a little salted water for 3-5 minutes, drain and set aside. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil, then set aside.
Let the pieces of meat simmer in a saucepan with plenty of slightly simmering salted water.
Heat the peanut oil in a pan, add the paprika, carrots, garlic and chilli and fry for 5 minutes, then add the sesame, Szechuan pepper, Ketjap manis, the chicken and the sesame oil and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Possibly add a shot of water.
