Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into corners. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 °. Put the potato wedges in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Let the oil soak in for 3 - 7 minutes and then spread the corners on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Distribute the spices and herbs evenly on the potatoes. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Goes well with all Greek dishes and particularly good with grilled meat.
