Instructions

  1. Peel the Jerusalem artichoke tubers and cut into thin slices with a vegetable slicer or knife.
  2. Fry until golden in plenty of oil. Drain the chips on kitchen paper and season with a little salt (other spices, if you like).
  3. Jerusalem artichoke chips can be served well with salads, soups or meat dishes.
