A shortcrust pastry is made from the first 6 ingredients with the dough hook. Then, depending on the consistency of the dough, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and knead everything well.
You can now put the dough directly into a luggage press with the desired template and press the cookies onto a cold baking sheet (without parchment paper!). Now keep them cold as long as the oven preheats to 200 ° C and then bake them for about 12 minutes.
However, the baking time depends a lot on whether you have an aluminum sheet or a normal black one. For the aluminum sheet it takes the specified 12 minutes, for the other a little shorter.
The dough is enough for 2 trays of approx. 20 biscuits each.
