Peel, core, quarter and cut the apples into small pieces. Drizzle with the lemon juice.
Make a batter from the ingredients. Pour the dough into a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the apples on it and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees top-bottom heat.
In the meantime, bring the butter, cinnamon, almonds, honey, sugar and cream to the boil in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Distribute the almond mixture evenly on the pre-baked cake and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees top-bottom heat.
