Instructions

  1. Knead the dough from the butter, sugar, baking powder, flour and egg, spread on the greased baking sheet (or underlay with baking paper).
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients (do not boil the pudding, only use powder) into a creamy mixture and spread it on the dough.
  3. Distribute drained fruits (alternatively only cherries, only mandarins or as a mixture) decoratively on the dough.
  4. Baking time: 1 hour at 175 degrees on the middle rack.
