• 200 g desiccated coconut
• 1 packet powdered sugar
• 200 g marzipan
• Taste rum
• 5 egg whites
• 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

1. Chop the marzipan into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients with the mixer.
2. With a small spoon, place a little pile with a little space in between (the cookies will still open) on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until they are light brown.
3. The recipe makes about 45 cookies.
