Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. In the meantime, cook the rice and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the meat in it until cooked through. Then take it out and set it aside.
  3. Put some more oil in the pan and fry the onions and peppers for about 10 minutes. Season well with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix in the cooked rice. Add the meat again and heat everything.
  4. Finally mix in the sour cream and serve the dish sprinkled with parsley.
