Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Remove the skin and bones (if any) from the salmon fillet, rinse, pat dry and place in a baking dish. Salt and pepper.
Work the onion, garlic, olive oil and herbs into a paste and spread on the salmon. Slice the limes and place on top of the salmon. Put it in the oven and after 25 minutes you can enjoy.
Goes well with fresh baguette and a cool white wine.
