Ingredients
- 1 kg salmon fillet (s)
- 2 lime (s)
- 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Basil, finely chopped
- Rosemary, finely chopped
- salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Remove the skin and bones (if any) from the salmon fillet, rinse, pat dry and place in a baking dish. Salt and pepper.
- Work the onion, garlic, olive oil and herbs into a paste and spread on the salmon. Slice the limes and place on top of the salmon. Put it in the oven and after 25 minutes you can enjoy.
- Goes well with fresh baguette and a cool white wine.
