Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in water and then squeeze out the water. Drain the tuna. Grate the Gouda very finely, dice the remaining ingredients as small as possible.
  2. Mix all ingredients and season with the herbs and the remaining spices. Then shape the dough into flat meatballs and fry them in hot oil on both sides until crispy.
