Ingredients
- 150 g tuna in its own juice
- 1 roll, stale
- Water for soaking
- 100 g Gouda, medieval, freshly rated
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 5 small cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- 2 egg (s)
- 25 g breadcrumbs
- Herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Soak the roll in water and then squeeze out the water. Drain the tuna. Grate the Gouda very finely, dice the remaining ingredients as small as possible.
- Mix all ingredients and season with the herbs and the remaining spices. Then shape the dough into flat meatballs and fry them in hot oil on both sides until crispy.
