Ingredients

  • 125 ml milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 40 g suar
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Butter, for the mold
  • Icing sugar, or chocolate or vanilla icing, colorful sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles or desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter on the stove over medium heat. Gradually add the milk. Warm up without boiling it. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into a large plastic bowl and add the yeast. Sift the flour into the bowl, stirring constantly. Mix the egg and yolks into the batter using a mixer. Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Brush the donut or baking pan thoroughly with butter. Pour the dough into the baking pan and let rise for another 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 15 minutes. Turn the donuts out of the mold immediately after baking and let them cool on a wire rack.
  2. For decorating, you can choose the simple variant by sprinkling icing sugar over the donuts. You can also coat your donuts with chocolate or vanilla icing. Finally, decorate with a few sprinkles (colored or chocolate sprinkles, desiccated coconut).
