- 300 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil (cooking oil)
- 250 ml orange juice
- 375 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 can tangerine (s), drained

- Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix in the oil and orange juice and quickly stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a Guglhupf Flexiform and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then distribute the fruits on the dough and bake for another 40 minutes. Let the cake cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
