Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl is the same thick cocktail of fruits and berries, just not in a glass, but in a deep bowl. It is not drunk, but eaten with a spoon. On top of this smoothie is decorated with various toppings of nuts, berries and fruits. I propose a recipe not only for a beautiful smoothie bow, but also for a healthy one. It contains a daily serving of greens, healthy unsaturated fats, and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 2 Pieces Prepare the required ingredients.
  • Mango – 70 Grams
  • Oat Milk – 150 Milliliters
  • Spinach – 1 Bunch
  • Berry platter – 30 Grams
  • Almond petals – 10 Grams
  • Muesli – 70 Grams
  • Flax seeds – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Bananas must be frozen in advance for 7-8 hours. Cut the bananas into small slices, so it will be easier to grind them later in a blender.
  3. Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder and cover with warm water. Leave them on for a couple of minutes.
  4. Put bananas, mangoes, spinach, flax seeds in a blender bowl and cover everything with oat milk. Grind until smooth, creamy.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, garnish with berries, muesli and almond petals.
  6. The smoothie bowl is ready.
