Ingredients

  • 120 g Hokkaido pumpkin (se)
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ orange (n), organic
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 1 small Slice ginger
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • milk or yogurt
  • Fruit your choice, e.g., berries or apples
  • Nuts or coconut chips or cocoa nibs

Instructions

  1. Chop the pumpkin, banana and ginger, rub the peel of the orange and chop the pulp as well. Place in a mixing bowl with the low-fat quark and avocado.
  2. Slit open the side of the vanilla pod and also put the scraped out pulp into the container. If you have a strong mixer or hand blender, you can also cut the pod yourself into small pieces and add it to the mixture.
  3. Mix everything to a homogeneous mass, diluting with yoghurt or milk if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and decorate with fruit, nuts, coconut chips or cocoa nibs to taste.
