Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 50 g almonds, chopped (peeled)
  • 50 g whole rain oat flakes
  • 1 large mango (s), as ripe as possible
  • 3 ripe banana (s)
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g mixed berries (e.. blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Boil the honey with 50 ml of water in the mixing bowl with the Flexi stirring element inserted at 110 ° C, then add the chopped almonds and oat flakes and mix everything together. Spread the whole thing on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Caramelize the mix in a hot oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally with a spoon. Then let cool down completely.
  2. 2. In the meantime, peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone. Reserve about ¼ of this for later. Dice the rest of the pulp. Peel 2 bananas, cut into pieces and place in the glass blender with the diced mango pulp, yoghurt and vanilla sugar and puree at maximum speed for about 1 minute until creamy and fine.
  3. 3. Fill the smoothie into two bowls. Peel the rest of the banana and cut into thin slices. Likewise the reserved mango pulp. Wash the berries. Arrange the mango and banana slices with the berries and the crumble on the smoothie.
