- Carefully melt honey with sugar and butter in a saucepan while stirring, then pour into a mixing bowl and allow to cool.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, stir into the honey mixture with the egg, the aroma and 60 g powdered sugar and knead well.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 4 mm, cut out hearts and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 10 minutes.
- Take out and let cool. Then mix the powdered sugar with the water and flavor, brush the biscuits with it and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
