Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and let them cool, then press them through the potato press. Add all other ingredients, mix well and then use a small spoon to place the dough on large baking wafers. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  2. If necessary, coat the gingerbread cookies with a glaze of your choice after they have cooled down.
