Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until foamy. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and rum. Add the milk and flour with a pinch of salt. Finally stir in the egg white with the spoon.
Fry the Kaiserschmarrn in butter in the pan.
Serve with powdered sugar and applesauce

Soak the raisins for half an hour in a bowl filled with 50% rum and 50% water.
