Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until foamy. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and rum. Add the milk and flour with a pinch of salt. Finally stir in the egg white with the spoon.
  2. Fry the Kaiserschmarrn in butter in the pan.
