Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • some butter, for frying
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until foamy. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and rum. Add the milk and flour with a pinch of salt. Finally stir in the egg white with the spoon.
  2. Fry the Kaiserschmarrn in butter in the pan.
  3. Serve with powdered sugar and applesauce
  4. Tip:
  5. Soak the raisins for half an hour in a bowl filled with 50% rum and 50% water.
