Instructions
Dice the onions, finely dice the garlic and sauté in the goose lard. Cut the cooked sausage into small pieces and sauté with them. Add the kale, broth and processed cheese and bring to the boil. Season to taste with mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
We also serve rustic bread or multigrain rolls.
