Drain the kale. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes. Chop the smokers, potatoes and cabbage sausage, put everything in the SKT with a little water, stir, season with salt and nutmeg, bring to the boil in the pot, carefully defoam, put the lid on and wait until steam comes continuously for 1 minute.
